Meet the Chef

Lionel Ortega is a 45-year-old chef from Aix-en-Provence (a city in the south of France). He has diplomas in the areas of gastronomy, table and service. Trained in Michelin-starred restaurants, he has extensive experience in Europe, including as the exclusive chef of several international families since 2006.
Chef Lionel arrived in Brazil in 2011, and since then has been cooking, mainly for diplomats and embassies in Brasília, but also for many customers who want to welcome friends and family to their home with confidence. The chef is the author of two cookbooks in Brazil: "Crèmes brûlées" and "Quiches" by SENAC.
Currently, Chef Lionel travels between France and Brazil to meet the demands of French, Brazilian or other nationality customers.
